CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF ARTIFICIAL TURF

Artificial turf surfaces are constantly exposed to environmental influences such as pollen, dust and foliage. Due to heavy use and lack of care, the infill material is compacted. This hardens the surface and reduces the drainage effect. In addition, the risk of slipping increases with artificial turf due to the formation of weeds, algae and moss. A further accident risk for the sportsmen is posed by contamination such as broken glass, chewing gum leftovers, hair clips, cigarette butts and much more. Regular maintenance of your artificial turf extends its service life, thus also protecting your investment in the long and medium term.

ARTIFICIAL TURF DRY CLEANING

A rotating brush picks up the soiled infill material from the turf surface. Fine particles and dust are extracted and collected in fleece filters. Coarse debris such as stones, broken glass, chewing gum, cigarette butts or leaves are sieved out and fall into the debris box. The clean infill material falls back onto the turf. With the help of a brush roller, the lawn fibres are straightened as much as possible and the infill material is worked into the turf and levelled.

HOCKEY FIELD CLEANING

ARTIFICIAL TURF WET CLEANING

Fully artificial (non-filled) turf is wet cleaned using an integrated wet-brush and vacuum system with a water pressure of up to 100 bar. The dirty water is vacuumed off directly in a one-step work process and collected in a separate tank of the container-pump unit. Clean water is continuously pumped by a high pressure pump from the separate fresh-water tank to the front of the machine.

TENNIS COURT CLEANING

Today’s tennis courts can be equipped with a wide variety of floor coverings. The most commonly used surfaces for outdoor use are quartz sand-filled artificial turf and concrete with or without a plastic coating (acrylic).

To ensure that tennis courts always have good playing characteristics, regular and professional care with special machines is required. This is the only way, for example, to counteract hardening of surfaces on artificial grass pitches with decreasing drainage effect or to eliminate moss and algae formation on acrylic surfaces. This guarantees maximum of fun and security.
