CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF RUBBER SURFACES

Rain, wind and other environmental stressors cause dirt particles and other foreign matter to compact into the open pore structure of the rubber surface. The result: the pores become clogged up with a subsequent formation of moss and algae. This in turn leads to a poor drainage effect, the surface becomes slippery and cracks can form resulting in an increased risk of injury for the athletes.

CLEANING MACHINE FOR LARGE SURFACES – LETS DO IT!

The plastic floors are cleaned by means of a rotary whirling process and up to 250 bar water pressure. The special feature of the process: The dirty water is directly sucked off during the work process and collected in a tank. Accesses from 2.00 m width and 2.50 m height can pass through this cleaning unit without any problems.

Even when things get tight, this is no problem for Sandmaster. Our specially developed and patented small cleaning machine is happy to prove its abilities. Problem-free cleaning of difficult to access areas, entry through narrow gates and narrow driveways are possible from 1.10 m width.
