SR-CONTROL – PATENTED LASER MONITORING
As an option we will provide you with an electronic measurement report of the cleaned sand surfaces with information about the cleaned sand quantity (in cbm) as well as the average cleaning depth (in cm). With our enhanced SR-Control, we have a unique 3D depth measuring procedure that guarantees you absolute cost transparency. With this device we can check the fill depth and at the same time plan sand replenishment (to safeguard fall absorption characteristics). SR-Control provides you with written proof of the cleaning process in accordance with industry standards DIN EN 1176-7 as well as DIN EN 1177 together with informative 3D protocols.

SAND PROTECTION WITH KOT-STOP
Kot-Stop uses a natural fragrance with a meat-like scent that specifically targets the instincts of dogs and cats. Animals instinctively avoid places that smell of food so as not to soil them – and this is precisely the effect that Kot-Stop exploits. By applying the concentrate to sandy areas, pavements or grassy areas, the treated surface becomes unattractive to dogs and cats as a ‘toilet’.

THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL SAND CLEANING USING THE SANDMASTER METHOD
Regular sand cleaning of playgrounds, beach volleyball courts, long-jump pits, safety surfaces and beach areas is crucial for hygiene, safety and the long-term quality of the sand. With the patented Sandmaster process, we offer a sustainable, mechanical deep-cleaning service for sand and gravel surfaces that removes contaminants whilst preserving the natural structure of the sand.

The mechanical sand cleaning process then begins. Our specially developed Sandmaster machine works its way systematically across the surface in pre-determined tracks. Throughout the entire process, the actual cleaning depth is continuously monitored using laser measurement technology.
During deep cleaning, the sand is thoroughly loosened and aerated. This breaks up compacted areas and promotes the sand’s natural bacterial microflora. At the same time, the process reliably removes numerous foreign substances and contaminants, including:
- Broken glass
- Cigarette ends
- Rubbish and plastic debris
- Hair clips and metal parts
- Leaves, branches and organic debris
- Animal faeces and other substances posing a hygiene risk
The screened-out materials are collected directly in a collection bin inside the machine.
Step 4: Leveling and restoration of the surface
Optional: Digital 3D survey with cleaning report
To ensure maximum transparency, we also offer our patented 3D sand measurement service. As part of this, we document the area before and after cleaning using digital images and, at the same time, record the actual cleaning depths achieved.
You will then receive a detailed cleaning report with a graphical analysis. The analysis shows at a glance whether individual areas have lost sand and, where necessary, where sand needs to be replenished. This provides a reliable basis for the maintenance of playgrounds, sports facilities and safety surfaces.
