LARGE AREAS NEED LARGE MACHINES
Concrete and stone floors are cleaned by means of rotary whirling and up to 250 bar water pressure. The special feature of the process: The dirty water is directly sucked off during the work process and collected in a tank. Accesses from 2.00 m wide and 2.50 m high can pass through this cleaning unit without any problems.
SMALL MACHINES FOR SMALL AND NARROW PLACES
The specially developed and patented small cleaning unit is a particularly impressive demonstration of its capabilities. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it is able to clean even areas that are difficult to access. Narrow gates and narrow access roads are no obstacles. Accesses from 1.10 m width can pass this cleaning unit without any problems.

THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL STONE AND CONCRETE FLOOR CLEANING
Step 1: Analysis of the area
The area is inspected before cleaning begins.
Among other things, the following are assessed:
- Type of flooring
- Degree of soiling
- Presence of moss and algae
- Accessibility of the area
- Required machine size
The appropriate cleaning technique is selected on the basis of this assessment.
Step 2: Cleaning using the swivel method
The actual cleaning is carried out using a special rotating jet process and high water pressure.
Depending on the application, the process operates at water pressures of up to 250 bar. This effectively removes dirt, deposits, stains and weather-related discolouration from the surface. At the same time, the cleaning process is particularly even and gentle on the material.

Step 3: Direct collection of the dirty water
A key component of the Sandmaster process is the immediate extraction of the dirty water during the cleaning process.
The contaminated water is extracted directly and collected in a tank. This ensures that no contaminated water remains on the surface and prevents further contamination of the surrounding area.

Step 4: Cleaning large areas
The large Sandmaster cleaning units are used for extensive areas.
These machines can easily reach and clean areas with access dimensions of:

Step 5: Cleaning hard-to-reach areas
For narrow access routes, tight gates and hard-to-reach areas, Sandmaster uses a compact machine developed in-house and protected by a patent. It can be used to clean access routes as narrow as 1.10 metres.
This means that even complex areas can be cleaned thoroughly without having to compromise on professional cleaning standards.
Step 6: Thorough cleaning with clear water
A key feature of the process is that it does not use any chemical cleaning agents.
Cleaning is carried out using plain water only. This not only protects the environment, but also safeguards the surrounding infrastructure from chemical residues.
